Flexible Teaching Assistant

Salary: £83.85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of educational programmes
* Assisting with classroom management and pupil supervision
* Providing one-on-one support to children with learning difficulties
* Preparing and organising educational materials
* Assisting with assessments and record-keeping
* Communicating effectively with pupils, teachers, and parents
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
* Experience working with children in an educational setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
* Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
* Additional qualifications in education or childcare are desirable
Experience:
* Previous experience working with children in a school environment
* Experience supporting students with special educational needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in using educational resources and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
* Additional training in specific learning support areas
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with the possibility of extension
* Working hours may vary depending on school requirements
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents
* Potential exposure to challenging behaviour or situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
