The Opportunity
Motion is transforming how care homes deliver person-centred care and communicate with families. Having demonstrated significant traction and impact, and with recognition from the BBC and The Times, we are now scaling across the UK. Following a successful funding round, we are building a high-impact team to shape the future of care.
Whether you are building features, designing intuitive experiences, or developing strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in a startup where every wireframe, line of code, partner call, or design decision contributes to meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Lead UX across our internal and external platform
* Design journeys, wireframes, and responsive interfaces
* Translate feedback and research into design improvements
* Apply accessibility-first principles
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams
