This client is currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team based in Plymouth. They are a company that believe that investing in their staff and as such they provide their Assistant Aftersales Manager with regular training and development opportunities to enable the, to reach their full potential. The successful Assistant Aftersales Manager will be:
10. Talking to customers about their vehicles – diagnosing issues and explaining what’s going on
11. Offering clear, no-nonsense advice so customers can understand what needs to be fixed
12. Booking in appointments, managing paperwork, and keeping everything running
13. Making sure the team stays organized and everything runs like clockwork
14. Supervising basic repairs and services, making sure things are done properly
15. Ensuring customers leave happy, knowing their car is in good hands
What We’re Looking For:
16. Proven experience in a main dealer service department (Service Advisor, Senior Advisor, or Assistant Manager level)
17. Strong leadership and communication skills
18. A customer-first attitude with a keen eye for efficiency and performance
19. A team player with a drive to grow within a well-established, forward-thinking dealership
