Position: Tenant Liaison Officer (Welsh speaking) Base Location: Bangor, Gwynedd Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per year What we Offer: Career stability with a growing organisation. Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for a Welsh speaking Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team in Bangor, Gwynedd. The Tenant Liaison Officer’s role is to always act as a tenant contact point, manage any tenant or leaseholder consultation surgeries/open days, and Deal with any complaints and concerns the customers have during the works that are being carried out. What will you be doing? Signing up tenants to the improvement works, providing advice and understanding of the work to be undertaken within the local communities and other stakeholders. Deal with any complaints or concerns the customers have during the works. To undertake surveys on behalf of the Asset team, for the various workstreams taking place or other needs as required. Ensuring that access is provided to homes to enable refurbishment work to be carried out efficiently and on time. Acting as a point of contact between such Contractors and Tenants when decanting properties. What Should You Have? Fluent knowledge of Welsh in both verbal and writing. Previous experience working as a Tenant Liaison Officer or in a similar position within the housing sector. Excellent understanding of tenant rights and housing regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle tenant complaints and provide effective resolutions. For this role you will require to have a full UK Drivers License.
