The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a premium main dealership client of ours, based in Poole, delivering a five-star experience to customers in a fast-paced, professional environment. In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure every customer receives a smooth and seamless aftersales journey. You’ll act as the senior point of contact for service advisors and support the coordination of workshop loading, customer communications, and service process efficiency. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor: Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, team guidance, and service department performance.
