Our client is an award-winning property management company that is continuing to grow its portfolio and team. Due to their largest instruction yet, they have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team at their new offices in Hertfordshire. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
Duties
1. Dealing with all aspects of collections
2. Liaising with solicitors
3. Agreeing and arranging payment plans
4. Working to targets and deadlines with various aged debts
5. Liaising with clients and other departments
6. Maintaining an up-to-date database
Essential Skills
1. Good working knowledge and experience of Qube software
2. Experience in Credit Control
3. Experience in Property Management
The successful candidate must have a natural ability to connect with people at all levels, come from a stable industry background, and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
