A superb opportunity has arisen for an up-and-coming PA/EA (2/3+ years in a family office, investment, or UHNW-led environment) to join a highly discreet, well-established UHNW family office based near Green Park as a member of the EA and Team Assistant team.
You'll provide EA/PA support in this fast paced Family Office (with a broad portfolio of business and personal interests). This is dynamic environment - professional, high-performing, and ideal for someone who thrives on variety where no task is too small.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing first-class PA/EA support across business and personal matters
* Complex diary and global travel management - accommodation, transport links, full seamless travel itineraries
* Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison with key stakeholders
* Preparing documents, research and briefings with impeccable attention to detail
* Overseeing personal projects, lifestyle logistics, and ad-hoc family support
* Happily rolling up your sleeves to support wherever needed
* Ensuring complete discretion at all times
Who you are:
* An up-and-coming EA with 2/3+ years' experience in a family office, investment, or UHNW-led environment - as an EA, Team Assistant or PA is a must.
* Highly organized, unflappable and proactive with excellent judgement
* Polished, warm, and confident communicating at all levels
