My leading client is looking to recruit Senior IT Trainer, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout and embedding of a range of Construction, Commercial and Design Systems to a range of business users.
You must of delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of end users. You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will contribute to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments
This is an immediate role and will involve UK travel so please apply if you tick all the boxes and have a proven IT Systems Training background.
