Sales Associate Our client is a small, independent Estate Agency. Their ideal candidate will have approximately 12 months Sales Associate experience. Personal Profile: • Well-presented, Reliable, Trustworthy, Confident, and motivated by a genuine passion for the property industry. • Strong negotiation skills & good basic understanding of the sales/ lettings process. • Possess excellent communication and people skills. • Have a full UK driving licence and your own car. Your duties as a Sales Associate would include: • Registering Buyers and Vendors. • Identify client requirements & matching to our property portfolio. • Arrange and carry out viewings, for both sales and lettings. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with regular client contact. • Successfully negotiate between Vendor/Buyer & Landlord/Tenant. • Assisting in smooth running of the branch.
