Dairy Farm Hand

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Farm Hand to join our robotic dairy farm in Stirling. Being a Farm Hand requires physical stamina and strength, along with a good work ethics. This role includes a variety of tasks on the farm but can be tailored to suit the right candidate. Working 25 hours per week, the schedule is flexible but includes alternating weekends, with the work day starting as early as 6am.
Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
· Feeding and watering livestock
· Cleaning out pens and facilities
· Collecting food or animal products
· Providing fresh hay and straw
· Moving animals around the farm
· Tractor Work
· General day-to-day farm maintenance
Previous experience and knowledge of dairy and agriculture is not necessary but is advantageous. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail to ensure animal welfare and cleanliness are maintained at all times, along with the ability to reliably commute to the farm. Due to the nature of this role, manual labour is is required.
Salary will depend on experience.
