South Wales / South West due to travel to client sites and team meetups (a couple of times a month).
We're hiring a Product/Delivery Manager to lead a workstream in a major transformation programme. This hybrid role is 70% product management and 30% delivery management. Perfect for someone who can shape a product vision while keeping delivery on track.
What you'll do
* Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
* Align priorities with stakeholders and delivery teams.
* Oversee user needs analysis and ensure solutions hit the mark.
* Support agile ceremonies, manage risks, and keep momentum high.
What we're looking for
* Strong product management background in digital/tech.
* Experience managing product and delivery in complex, agile environments.
* Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
The offer
* £55-65k, 12-month FTC (potential extension).
* Remote first, with around one day a week in Newport.
