What is the job role? We're looking for a proactive, creative and organised Content Producer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for driving compelling, multi-platform content that aligns with our brand vision, organising and executing all photo and video shoots. This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller looking to bring our brand to life by developing content with freelance creators. You'll have the autonomy to manage content creation for campaigns based on the needs of our marketing channels, working closely with the Head of Marketing and channel owners from briefing to execution to deliver engaging and inspiring Key Responsibilities ✔ Content Ideation - Contribute to SunGod’s content strategy, aligning with our brand vision, marketing and commercial objectives. Support the creative team in concepting and developing innovative, high-impact ideas for campaigns and evergreen content. You’ll help shape the stories that connect our community to our brand. ✔ Content Production Management - Manage the full content production lifecycle — from planning and scheduling photoshoots and video shoots to managing external vendors, freelancers and agencies. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand and within budget. ✔ Brand Guardianship & Quality Control - Ensure all content, across every channel, adheres to our brand guidelines, tone of voice and quality standards. Champion consistency and creativity in every asset we share. ✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as the go-to person for all things content, bridging the marketing team and other key stakeholders. Work closely with our Partnerships team to brief them on content needs and source high-quality, authentic content from their networks. You’ll be the connector between our creative vision and its execution across the business. ✔ Relationship Building - Build and nurture strong relationships with a select list of content creators to maximise high-quality UGC across SunGod channels and fuel our storytelling with authentic, community-led content. ✔ Workflow & Distribution - Manage the flow of content across the business, ensuring all channel owners have the right assets, tailored to their needs. Streamline content delivery to make sure every team has what they need, when they need it. ✔ Performance Evaluation - Work with the wider marketing leadership team to analyse content performance and continually refine and evolve our creative process. Use insights and performance data to push our creative standards forward. The ideal person has the following skills, experiences and competencies: ✔ 3–4 years of experience in content strategy, creative production, or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced lifestyle or sportswear brand. ✔ Proven track record in developing successful, multi-platform content that has delivered measurable results (e.g. brand awareness, engagement, or sales). ✔ Great creative judgment and a deep understanding of what makes compelling, premium content — with a strong sense of storytelling and brand in today’s media landscape. ✔ A creative and blue-sky-thinking mindset. ✔ The hustle and resourcefulness to maximise creative output from our content budgets. ✔ Solid knowledge of the content production process (photo and video), including managing external agencies, freelancers, budgeting, and contracting. ✔ Excellent cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Experience working with high-profile athletes, influencers and teams to create content.
