Resident Liaison Officer - London Housing Contractor
The project is a rolling £2 million Kitchen and Bathrooms programme in South / South West London.
The Resident Liaison Officer will be the main point of contact, managing resident concerns during planned maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
* Communication: Keep residents informed about upcoming works, safety protocols, and schedule changes.
* Access Management: Schedule and coordinate property visits and contractor access.
* Resident Care: Identify vulnerabilities, resolve complaints, and support residents throughout projects.
* Reporting: Maintain records of interactions and provide feedback to site teams.
