Business Development Manager - Solar PPA's - Utility & C&I
D R Newitt are partnered with an industry leading business within the Solar & BESS industry who are specializes in developing and managing commercial and residential solar systems for institutional investors.
In your new role you will be responsible for:
* Proactively develop sales and generate new Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) deals in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) market.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Customer Engagement Manager to ensure efficient targeting of potential clients.
* Engage with marketing efforts to optimize messaging for increased sales.
* Provide feedback to improve product development based on customer needs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience generating new power purchase agreements within the UK renewable energy industry
* Demonstrable track record of sales achievement in renewable energy and/or finance sectors.
* Ability to form strong, mutually beneficial business relationships.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Acceptance of a flexible schedule and the ability to travel.
