Your Mission As Head of Sales, you will:
Develop and execute the UK sales and route-to-market strategy
Win listings with major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys) and wholesalers
Build and lead a high-performing sales team
Negotiate joint business plans and trading terms
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and availability
Deliver ambitious revenue, distribution, and profit targets
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What You Bring 8+ years of FMCG sales experience (household, hygiene, or grocery preferred)
Proven success launching or scaling brands in the UK retail/wholesale space
Deep knowledge of UK retail and route-to-market dynamics
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
