It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand! Your sales team will consist of Sales Executives, a Business Manager & Sales Manager. As a Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Excitingly, part of the role is to load and maintain our online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily. These will be used on our website and across our social media accounts. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle movement for valeting, imaging, and damage inspections, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the correct stage at the right time Accurately assess and manage repair costings, authorising work in line with budgets and reporting variances where required Oversee the bodyshop repair process, from initial damage inspection and repair specification through to completion and final quality checks Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet preparation standards, completing sign-off checks prior to vehicle release Liaise with external repair partners and subcontractors including windscreen providers, and cosmetic repair specialists Publish vehicle stock online and on the forecourt, ensuring accurate imaging, pricing, and vehicle descriptions Maintain clear control of deadlines and preparation targets, ensuring stock is released for sale in a timely and commercially effective manner Communicate effectively with sales, workshop, and management teams to maintain smooth stock flow and rectification. Key attributes High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance Confident managing multiple vehicles, suppliers, and deadlines simultaneously Automotive retail experience preferred You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.
