Job Title: Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
Location: EB Dental Kentish Town (with occasional cover at EB Dental Worcester Park)

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines reception duties with treatment coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent patient journey. You will be the key link between patients, clinicians, the Practice Owner, and the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
* Welcome patients to the practice in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
* Manage diaries, appointments, and patient communication
* Liaise with dentists, specialists, and the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow
* Support patients with treatment options and financial discussions in a dedicated TCO room
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance procedures are followed
* Assist in practice coordination and occasional cross-cover at Worcester Park
* Take digital impressions (training provided if required)
* Take CBCT scans (must be willing to undertake training course if not already certified)
Requirements
* Previous dental reception or TCO experience preferred
* Dental Nurse experience desirable (but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
* Flexible team player, including occasional weekend work
* Willingness to travel between Kentish Town and Worcester Park practices when needed
* Keen to develop new skills with digital dentistry technology
