This role provides a high level of administrative support and assistance to Lawyers in the team. The overall objective of the role is to ensure that delegated duties are completed and returned to the appropriate Lawyer within a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Core tasks include meeting and greeting clients, answering telephone calls and taking messages, booking appointments for Lawyers in the team, and preparing standard letter/email correspondence. The key to the Concierge position is the ability to listen carefully to the details of each call presented.
About you
This role suits an individual who can create a great first impression with our clients, both new and existing. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, while remaining professional and representing the Brethertons brand. You will understand clients' needs and act empathetically when appropriate. You will be responsible for setting personal priorities and managing your workflow, with routine monitoring. You should be a great multitasker and able to support colleagues in a confidential environment.
