Role Responsibilities:
* Design and develop new styles, and prints.
* Conduct trend analysis and competitive shopping.
* Manage relationships with fabric, print, and trim suppliers.
* Maintain adherence to critical paths and key deadlines.
* Create designs, technical packs, and mood boards using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Collaborate effectively within a busy, structured design team.
