Main duties of the job
As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our care homes to enhance their local presence and boost occupancy through strategic promotion of events, marketing initiatives, and collateral. You'll create clear, impactful templates and guidance to support community engagement and networking efforts, while leveraging your digital expertise to manage and evolve our web-to-print system, ensuring each home can confidently self-serve their internal and external marketing communications. You will also support offline marketing campaigns, proofread artwork, manage print production, and have experience in media buying.

Job responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in Central London. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the Barchester Care Awards, coordinating all phases of the competition, including an in-person awards event and live streaming.
* Developing and managing our web-to-print system, ensuring templates are easy to find and use.
* Creating and communicating new products and updates to operational teams.
* Managing artwork requests, coordinating print production, and proofreading artwork.
* Hosting monthly webinars to showcase upcoming events and tools.
* Developing collateral, managing internal signage, and handling requests.
* Reporting weekly and monthly on marketing activities.
* Managing intranet pages and collaborating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on template development and alignment across platforms.

Qualifications
* Experience in administration and marketing
* Experience with web content management
* Experience organizing large-scale events
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
* Print production and media buying experience
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
