We’re looking for a proactive and creative Colleague Experience Specialist to support the design and delivery of performance, development, and culture initiatives that put our colleagues at the heart of everything we do. What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Specialist? * Delivering Great Colleague Experiences: Lead the delivery of initiatives and best practice that enhance how colleagues experience work – ensuring everything we do aligns with business needs. * Creating Practical Tools & Guidance: Design and deliver resources, guidance and learning that support regulatory and legislative requirements. * Turning Insights into Action: Use feedback and survey results to identify opportunities for improvement and bringing these to life through projects and everyday activity. * Driving Positive Change: Contribute to culture campaigns, learning programs and change projects that make Anchor a great place to work. * Engaging Communications: Help shape clear and engaging messages that bring our colleague experience and development plans to life. * Improving Every Touchpoint: Coordinate and enhance key moments in the colleague lifecycle – from onboarding and recognition, to learning and career growth. * Building Capability: Support the rollout of initiatives that help colleagues build their skills, confidence and engagement, including qualifications and apprenticeships. * Using Data to make a Difference: Track people metrics such as absence, turnover and training completion, highlighting trends and supporting effective reporting. Who are we looking for? * People Focused: You care about helping colleagues succeed, learn, and feel supported in their roles. * Collaborative & Adaptable: You enjoy working with others, are open to new ideas, and can easily adapt to changing priorities. * Communication: You connect with people at all levels, inspiring trust and influencing positive change. * Experienced: You’ll have a background in HR, Recruitment or Learning, ideally with CIPD Level 3 underway or completed. * Knowledgeable: You bring an understanding of compliance and regulatory learning requirements and their importance in a safe, skilled workforce. * Analytical Thinker: You’re confident tracking progress, identifying trends, and using data to guide decisions. * Detail Oriented: You manage multiple projects and deadlines with care and accuracy. * Forward Thinking: You take initiative, seek continuous improvement, and bring creativity to everything you do.
