Building Services Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
2. Oversee design implementation from RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
3. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
