About You
Asda values service and a memorable experience. You will use clinical skills and passion to support patients, work with an Optical Manager, coach the team, develop new patient services, and enhance service delivery.
* Fully qualified optometrist, registered with the GOC.
* Registered performer with NHS area team or health board MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months).
* On track to meet statutory CPD points.
* Passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.
* Enthusiastic about developing new patient services and shaping department culture.
