Deputy Nurse Manager – Luxury Nursing Home - £55,000
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join the management team of a luxury nursing home. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, confident in leading a team, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a Nursing Home setting
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of elderly care.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
* Provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring and supporting nursing staff.
* Conduct regular resident assessments and ensure personalised care plans are in place.
* Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
* Assist with recruitment, training, and supervision of the nursing team.
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous service improvement.
