Acting as the client’s primary point of contact after order confirmation, this role requires strong technical coordination, problem-solving ability, and exceptional communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients from post-sale to project completion.
Develop and manage detailed technical specifications and build instructions.
Oversee the coordination of internal departments (design, manufacturing, graphics, etc.) and external partners.
Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring delivery meets commercial and quality expectations.
Coordinate all third-party services and show-related logistics.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain up-to-date project records in CRM and ERP systems.
Provide timely updates and communication throughout project lifecycle.
