HR Advisor Location: Tewkesbury (Fully office-based) Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) Salary: £38,600 per annum Key Responsibilities of an HR Advisor: * Providing professional advice and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, and absence management * Supporting and coaching line managers to develop their people management capabilities * Handling HR administration including contract changes, leavers, and retention processes * Collaborating with Payroll, Recruitment, and Learning & Development to ensure an efficient and positive employee experience * Assisting with HR projects and policy updates that align with the wider HR strategy * Analysing HR data, reporting on key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives * Promoting employee benefits, attending local job fairs and schools, and championing a positive workplace culture Key Skills of an HR Advisor: * CIPD Level 5 qualified * Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable, and confident manner * Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices * Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to work proactively * Experience of building trusted, professional relationships across all business levels * Capable of working independently while contributing effectively with...
