Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan, driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional standards to maintain brand integrity
* Drive and exemplify customer service standards to exceed expectations
* Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews
* Analyze financial data and market knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making
* Ensure store operates within budget through scheduling, cost control, and productivity
* Plan and organize to implement retail strategies effectively
* Communicate with Head Office to optimize stock and promotional activities
* Adhere to procedures related to cash, stock, safety, security, and loss prevention
* Oversee and execute visual merchandising standards, including sales and new season launches
* Comply with all policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements
* In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibilities to ensure store success in sales, standards, and team development
