With offices in Sutton-in-Ashfield and Bromsgrove, we are expanding our services and seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our teams and drive both clinical excellence and sustainable business growth.
Role Overview
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our service is fully compliant with CQC regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care, and developing strong relationships with clients, commissioners, and stakeholders. You will also be expected to deliver business improvements, efficient operational management, and strong financial performance, with a performance-related bonus awarded for achieving agreed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with best practice.
* Manage recruitment, training, and retention of care staff.
* Monitor service quality through audits, supervision, and client/staff feedback.
* Build positive relationships with local authorities, NHS teams, and private clients.
* Lead business growth through networking, tender applications, and marketing strategies.
* Oversee service efficiency, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.
* Deliver measurable improvements across care delivery, compliance, and workforce management.
* Oversee rota management, care planning, and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care (or Deputy ready to step up).
* Clinical background (nursing, allied health, or similar) desirable.
* Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and compliance.
* Proven track record in business development, inspection success, cost management, and service improvement.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between Sutton-in-Ashfield and Bromsgrove offices.
What We Offer
