About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success of our IT department, combining hands-on technical support, field support, and collaboration within an ambitious technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems.
2. Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
3. Work with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Skills Required:
1. Previous experience within an IT support setting.
2. Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
3. Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
4. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
5. Excellent customer service skills, whether remote or face-to-face.
