Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Job Type: Permanent (subject to 3-month probation period)
A well-established manufacturing company based in Braintree, Essex are seeking numerous skilled Welder / Fabricator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong fabrication and welding experience, looking for a stable and rewarding role within a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding mild steel components ranging from 3mm to 40mm thickness
Operating fabrication machinery
Working in both structural and architectural welding environments
Meeting execution class 2 welding standards
Candidate Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
NVQ, Diploma, or Apprenticeship in welding or fabrication is essential
CAD knowledge is advantageous but not essential
Company Benefits:
Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Option to purchase up to 2 weeks' additional holiday (post-probation)
