As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Council regulates privately rented properties and maintains property standards.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out inspections of privately rented properties to identify hazards, defects, and non-compliance with property standards.
* Utilise practical knowledge and skills to effectively conduct property inspections.
* Capture accurate documentation, including photographs, reports, and contemporaneous notes.
* Manage and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer relations.
Requirements:
