In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,436.00 plus a potential of up to £4,600 in sleep in allowance ( based on 2 sleep ins a week )

About the Support Worker role:
As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Trowbridge the location is a supported living environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with different individuals with different needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.
You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. Thera South West is unique we are led by people with a learning disability.
