We are currently partnering with a specialist Insurance Broker to recruit a Strategic Project and Change Manager. The successful candidate will responsible for both the planning and execution of complex projects and the delivery of change management activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Partner with the Head of Strategic Change to scope, govern, and deliver strategic change initiatives
* Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies
* Lead project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
* Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Maintain strong project governance, including reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder updates
* Design and deliver change management strategies addressing people, process, and technology impacts
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessments to support successful transitions
* Develop and oversee training, communications, and adoption plans for new systems and ways of working
* Act as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops and decision-making forums
* Ensure all initiatives align with strategic priorities, driving continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methods
The ideal candidate should have:
* Solid background working within the Insurance market, ideally Lloyd's, Broking or Speciality.
* Strong understanding of project and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse groups of people
