Job Title: German-Speaking Mid-Market Account Executive

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid or On-Site)

With customers across Europe and a growing presence in the DACH region, we’re expanding our sales team to accelerate growth in this key market.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our commercial team in London. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with mid-sized organizations in the DACH region. You’ll work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to build relationships, demonstrate value, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution demo, negotiation, and closing
* Identify and close new business opportunities in the DACH mid-market segment
* Build relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives
* Collaborate with SDRs to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Forecast accurately and meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve the customer experience and inform product strategy
* Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual meetings in the DACH region

Requirements

* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* 2–5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
* Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and align them with our product
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Based in London or willing to relocate; hybrid work options available

Nice to Have

* Familiarity with the DACH tech landscape and business culture
* Experience selling into IT, Operations, or Procurement stakeholders
* Knowledge of SaaS metrics and subscription-based sales models
