About the Job Role
This Residential Conveyancer job offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied residential property caseload within a busy and well-established conveyancing team. The Residential Conveyancer will play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients from instruction through to completion, while building strong relationships with a loyal client base in Coventry.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, new build matters and shared ownership transactions
* Taking ownership of files from instruction through to completion and ensuring all matters progress efficiently
* Providing high-quality client care through meetings, updates and clear communication throughout the transaction process
* Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions
* Ensuring full compliance with SRA regulations, CQS standards and internal firm policies across all Residential Conveyancer matters
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using case management systems to support efficient file management
About You
You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a strong background managing your own caseload independently within a busy conveyancing environment. You will be confident handling a range of residential property transactions and committed to delivering an excellent client experience in every Residential Conveyancer matter.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
* Relevant experience as a qualified Solicitor, CLC or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong ability to manage workload effectively and progress a varied caseload independently
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of Residential Conveyancer work
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client and third-party relationships
* Professionalism, reliability and a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements
* A team-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality Residential Conveyancer services
