What You Need To Know
* 💰 Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
* 👥 Team: Work with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers
* 🤖 Tools: Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, MLflow, Spark, Python, SQL, CI/CD, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn
* 📊 Scope: End‑to‑end AI/ML solutions for a multi‑product, multi‑region strategy
* 🤝 Report To: Head of Data Science / CTO
* 🏢 Location: Chester HQ, Hybrid working

Responsibilities
* Build real‑world AI/ML solutions with measurable impact
* Hands‑on work with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, Python, Spark & MLflow
* Collaborate and mentor within a people‑first, values‑led culture
* Influence customer experience and commercial decision‑making at scale
Qualifications
* ✔️ Strong experience building scalable AI/ML data pipelines and architectures
* ✔️ Hands‑on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, MLflow, Spark, Python & SQL
* ✔️ Proven ability to develop, deploy and manage ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
* ✔️ Solid grounding in data modelling, governance, security and responsible AI
* ✔️ Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in fast‑paced environments
Nice to Have
* ➕ Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AutoML and MLOps/CI‑CD
* ➕ Commercial experience in e‑commerce, travel or holiday lettings
* ➕ Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
