We oversee a wide-ranging CSR program which supports local and global charities, actively champions employee wellbeing and continually seeks to reduce our environmental footprint. We are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture, which provides all employees with a sense of belonging and the opportunity to reach their full potential.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our EMEA Marketing team. This role is pivotal in helping us understand and improve the performance of our lead generation efforts across multiple brands and business units.

You’ll be responsible for compiling and delivering monthly performance reports to key stakeholders, analysing marketing channel effectiveness, and making actionable recommendations to optimise our digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

* Analyse the performance of lead generation channels including:
o PPC (e.g., Google Ads)
o SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
o Social Media (paid and organic)
o Outbound (Apollo.io, LinkedIn)
* Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across campaigns and channels.
* Recommend and support testing strategies to improve channel performance and ROI.
* Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to align reporting with business goals and campaign KPIs.
* Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
* Support ad hoc analysis requests from marketing and commercial teams.

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or digital performance role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially PPC, SEO, and social media.
* Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
* Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills – able to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Why Join Crown?

* Join a company celebrated for its care, expertise, and commitment to quality service.
* Grow with ongoing training designed to develop your skills and support your career ambitions.
* Develop your skills and collaborate on innovative solutions in an international, supportive environment.
* Join a collaborative team that values your ideas and encourages diversity and creativity.
* Enjoy a culture built on integrity, respect, and excellence.
* Contribute to sustainability and responsible business practices worldwide.
