Senior Dynamics Developer

?? Your Role
* Design, develop, and implement D365 solutions for new and existing customers
* Customise D365 applications with workflows, plugins, C# or JavaScript-based solutions
* Build and configure PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform tools
* Integrate D365 solutions using Azure services
* Execute deployments following strict version control and development processes
* Conduct unit testing, peer reviews and contribute to code quality and security
* Provide technical support for existing solutions and troubleshoot issues specifically to junior colleagues and clients.
* Stay up to date with latest updates across D365 and Power Platform
�? What You'll Need
* Proven experience delivering D365 solutions including installation, configuration and customisation
* Strong knowledge of D365 Modern UI, Common Data Service, Power Platform, and JavaScript for D365 extensions
* Experience working across multiple D365 apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Portals)
* Understanding of full software development lifecycle and agile delivery
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service skills and a solution-based, client-focused approach
* Acute attention to detail and ability to prioritise shifting demands
* Experience supporting NFP clients is desirable
* Ability to mentor others and manage time effectively under pressure
