What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with sales teams across the defined region of UK/Benelux/Nordics to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for the entire region. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will actively support the sales team by leveraging global marketing programs while executing regional programs to ensure success across all territories and will lead a team of two regional Field Marketing Managers located in the UK and Netherlands.


What will you do?

* Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Regional Sales Teams, including:
o Roadshows, seminars and workshops highlighting customer success and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities
o ABM & C-level campaigns to create/accelerate opportunities
o Partner/Alliances Marketing programs integrated into regional plans
o Greenfield programs targeting new contact and account acquisition
* Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to understand market trends and customize programs as needed
* Lead a team of 2 geographically distributed Field Marketing Managers
* Communicate regional and vertical trends to HQ to adjust strategy, messaging, and content
* Identify other programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell
* Track program results, measure success, and report metrics via SFDC to regional AVP, marketing team and GTM stakeholders
* Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend


What skills and knowledge should you bring?

* Passion for building and driving a marketing business to scale with demonstrated regional progress and success
* Experience driving field and partner marketing across UK/Benelux and Nordics with proven results
* Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and impact closed/won business
* Experience developing regional plans leveraging account-based marketing for large enterprises
* Understanding of intent platforms and how to use them to increase efficiency and productivity
* 7+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events
* Leadership experience
* Ability to monitor and report on key metrics and adjust marketing plans based on results
* Ability to influence sales leaders and cross-functional GTM teams to generate pipeline
* Ability to market to a range of B2B personas using varied offers (white papers, case studies, webcasts)
* Comfort with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
* Fluent English
* Willing to travel 30% of the time
