We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager to support the management of electrical projects from initiation through to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills within a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical projects
* Support senior project managers in managing resources, budgets, and timelines
* Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress
* Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
* Help resolve project issues and facilitate problem-solving activities
Requirements
* Some experience or background in electrical project management or electrical engineering
* Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation practices
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue formal project management training is a plus
