We are currently recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join a growing team in Bristol on a full time, permanent hybrid working basis.
This role will drive company growth by identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic relationships with external organisations, trade bodies, vendors, and affiliates.
LOCATION: Flexible with travel to the Bristol Head Office

The Role of Strategic Partnerships Manager
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage the full partner lifecycle - from prospecting and negotiation to performance monitoring - while aligning collaborative efforts with management, internal sales, and marketing teams.
* Identify and secure new high-value partnership opportunities through market research.
* Assess strategic alignment and develop partnership proposals.
* Lead negotiations and agree mutually beneficial commercial terms.
* Draft and finalise partnership agreements ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
* Act as the primary point of contact for partner organisations.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term stakeholder relationships.
* Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs and revenue targets.
* Analyse ROI and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
* Identify optimisation opportunities to enhance partnership outcomes.
* Collaborate with management, sales, and marketing teams to align partnership objectives with overall business strategy.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
What You Will Bring
* 35+ years in business development, partnership management, or commercial strategy roles.
* Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships, preferably B2B sectors.
* Experience negotiating commercial agreements, including contracts and revenue-sharing arrangements.
* Demonstrated ability to manage partner lifecycles, from prospecting and onboarding to optimisation and growth.
* Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
