Bank Nurse Associate – Ward, Tunbridge Wells Hospital (Bank, part‑time). Up to £14.87 per hour depending on skills and experience.
Job Summary
Provide nursing care for patients on our elective surgical ward. Work bank shifts under the supervision of a consultant‑led team. You will deliver high quality, compassionate care in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

* Join a close‑knit team headed by our matron on a consultant‑led ward.
* Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs.
* Work directly with clinical talent to deliver optimal outcomes.
* Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities.
* Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity of patient care.
Qualifications
* Registered nurse with appropriate governing body (NMC is required).
* Post‑registration experience in a clinical setting.
Experience
* Post‑registration experience in nursing qualifications and skills.
Contract & Working Pattern
Bank contract; part‑time working pattern. Hours will be on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the business and your availability.
