Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Develop a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independence.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, implementing effective differentiation and intervention strategies.
* Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to engage pupils and enhance their learning experiences.
* Foster positive behaviour management strategies to encourage student engagement.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil development.
* Contribute to the wider school community, participating in staff meetings, extracurricular activities, and school initiatives.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
* Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
* Show a commitment to raising pupil attainment through innovative and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
