The Role Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

Assist with training junior team members and supporting stock control
Contribute fresh ideas for menus and guest experience
About You Previous Chef de Partie experience within a hotel or busy hospitality venue
Passionate about quality food and presentation
