We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Pastoral Leader to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our school, focused on ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and personal development of all our pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in a similar pastoral, family support or inclusion role
• Understands the challenges facing pupils and families, particularly in areas of high disadvantage
• Has experience of leading behaviour support and interventions effectively
• Is trained in or has a strong understanding of the Thrive Approach (or a willingness to undertake training)
• Has experience with Early Help assessments and liaising with external agencies
• Can communicate and collaborate effectively with pupils, parents, staff and multi-agency professionals
• Is resilient, solution-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for all children
