Requirements: Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting in the last 3 years Encourage the children’s confidence and independence within the classroom environment. A passion for helping young children achieve their full potential. Foster positive relationships with the children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals. A relevant qualification in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
