Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Monday – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either 8:30 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 17:30 shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer service to manage all requests and issues, including dispatch operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Accurately inputting information into the service management system
* Raising customer quotes and obtaining purchase orders for chargeable jobs
* Monitoring job progress to meet service level agreements
* Offering phone support to engineers in the field
* Working towards departmental KPIs and company goals
* Following company procedures (ISO standards)
* Logging information into external customer portals
* Managing mailboxes as required
* Scheduling and allocating engineer work efficiently, ensuring safety policies are followed
* Arranging travel and accommodation, managing costs
* Creating job numbers for service installs and updates in the company database
* Maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets with machine details and addresses
* Communicating work schedules to engineers
* Providing feedback to the team leader for effective scheduling
