Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in the Serpentine Green Shopping Complex, Hampton Hargate, Peterborough for a Dental Nurse. The Dental Nurse will assist dentists during dental procedures, ensure effective infection control measures, and manage decontamination processes. Other responsibilities include preparing and maintaining treatment areas, providing support to patients, and handling administrative tasks related to patient care. Additionally, the Dental Nurse will support orthodontic, cosmetic and implant treatments when required and contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge and experience in Dentistry and Dental Care practices
* Proficiency in Infection Control and Decontamination procedures
* Familiarity with Orthodontics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team
* Relevant dental nurse qualifications and registration
* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering quality care
* Previous experience in dental practice is advantageous but not mandatory
