Role Overview: COO
As COO, you will oversee the organisation’s Corporate Services directorate, which includes finance, people and culture, compliance, technology, and operations. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive and trustees to keep NCB modern, high-performing, and aligned with its core values. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong commercial and financial skills and a commitment to inclusive, purpose-driven leadership.
