This forward-thinking property business is seeing an EA to provide high-quality support to the CEO, on a one-on-one working basis. This EA will be the primary point of contact for internal and external communication and liaison with the board of directors and senior management teams.
The EA should also have the ability to work proactively and independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Organise the CEO’s diary, planning workload, coordinate with other PAs and amend the diary as required.
* Be prepared to offer ad-hoc support to the CEO outside of normal working hours.
* Ensure all communication between the CEO’s office and stakeholders is carried out efficiently at all times.
* Managing telephone, voicemail and email messages for CEO when not available
* Ensuring that the administration is operating efficiently, effectively and promptly.
* Organise both internal and external meetings
* Provide leadership and guidance to the PA Team, including chairing a monthly PA Meeting and providing cover as necessary.
* Sit on, and act as secretary to, the exec committee
* Plan and organise any events as required.
